WELCOME

"Dick and I relocated to Palmhurst, Texas

from Mission to be closer to our family.

We had both lived in Mission,
in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, our whole lives.
We are third generation Missionites.
Our grandparents came here as Citrus growers and cattle ranchers.
The area was completely unsettled and was a new frontier.
Mission today is known as home of the Ruby Red Grapefruit.

Dick and I have been married for over 50 years, and have raised three wonderful sons here.
Now we have eight wonderful grandchildren.
Some live here and some live too far away, but we love them all dearly.

I am a member of the American Spaniel Club, and adhere to their “Code of Ethics”.

I have owned Cocker Spaniels my whole life.
I waited until our children were grown before I started showing and breeding.
I truly believe that a well bred Cocker Spaniel is a blessing.
They are a great breed, and I strive to breed to the standard and to improve with every litter.

We are small show breeders.
We breed for show, and what is not shown, we sell as pet companions.
All pets puppies are sold with AKC limited registration and a spay/neuter contract.
We require a non-refundable deposit to hold a puppy.
We do not sell to brokers or pet shops.
A puppy questionnaire, deposit and signed contract are required.
Puppies sold to established show homes are sold with AKC full registration,
and a show contract, promising to finish the puppy to it's Championship.
I will co-own the puppy until the time the puppy has finished it's Championship.
After which I will sign off.

Our puppies are whelped and raised in our living room.
Loved and handled by Dick, myself, and our grandchildren.
We do not release puppies before eight weeks, and after 1st. Round of shots.
The puppies are vet checked, dew claws removed and tails cropped.

The contract states that no ownership of the puppy can be changed
without giving me first choice.
I will take back a puppy to re-home.
Deposits are not returned and only if I can resell a puppy, will money be returned.
Puppies held after the sale date will be charged boarding until picked up.

I can ship United Airlines.
The crate, vet certificate, and air fare are extra.
Puppies leave with up to date vaccinations, vet records, food samples,

toys and instructions on how to raise a Cocker Spaniel.

I do everything humanly possible to breed and raise a wonderful Cocker Spaniel.
I pour my heart and soul into these dogs and puppies.

If you purchase a puppy from me,
be prepared to let me know how that precious puppy is doing and that includes pictures.

I will always be available to help with any questions the entire life of the puppy."
